New Mexico’s attorney general has filed a lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein’s former lawyer, Darren Indyke, and accountant, Richard Kahn. The legal action alleges that the two individuals facilitated, financed, and concealed Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation. The lawsuit specifically names the Santa Fe-area ranch, where Epstein once hosted guests, as a site of the alleged abuse.
The case claims that Indyke and Kahn played a role in hiding the crimes committed by Epstein. The attorney general is seeking to prevent the two from receiving any payments from Epstein’s estate, which is estimated to be worth over $100 million. The lawsuit also accuses them of enabling the trafficking operation, including the use of the ranch as a location for illegal activities.
This legal move follows a broader effort to hold Epstein’s associates accountable for their alleged complicity in his crimes. The ranch, known as Zorro Ranch, has been linked to multiple allegations of abuse and exploitation. The attorney general’s office is now pursuing legal action to ensure that the accused individuals do not benefit financially from their alleged involvement in Epstein’s criminal activities. The case is part of an ongoing investigation into the financial and legal connections of Epstein’s associates.
